OUR MISSION
We are a small press out to help new authors and new stories reach the science fiction & fantasy audience.
In whatever capacity we can, we want to help, whether that’s by publishing stories ourselves or by helping independent authors to publish on their own.
As hungry readers ourselves, all we want is more quality science fiction & fantasy out there to enjoy.
OUR TEAM
Sam Burridge, Editor-in-Chief

His published work includes The Voluntold, a sci-fi novel serialized on /r/HFY, among other short fiction also found there. He holds a B.A. in economics from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.
Carlos Balazs, Editor

He is also an avid writer, having written stories since at least the 3rd grade. Most of them have been lost, sometimes on purpose, but some can be found on his Substack.
Michael Barros, Editor
Michael is a researcher in the cognitive science of religion. He teaches philosophy at University of the People and is a Ph.D. candidate in psychology at National University. Barros has experience in academic publishing and has taught philosophy, theology, and literature at both the secondary and undergraduate levels.

Emilia Del Paggio, Editor
Emilia is a writer and editor from northeast Ohio, where she is studying creative and professional writing and editing. A firm believer in the power of compelling language and effective storytelling, she is always looking for novels that point readers toward ultimate truths through strong craft, characters, and world-building, especially in the tradition of the classics. She writes literary and faith-based essays on Substack as Emilia Nessuno.
Haley Byrd Wilt, Editor
Haley is a writer and editor also based in the D.C. area. She spent nine years reporting on Congress before deciding her time might be better used elsewhere. Her nonfiction work has been published in Christianity Today, Foreign Policy, The New York Times, NOTUS, and CNN, among others. Her fiction has appeared in Analog Science Fiction & Fact, and her poetry has been published in Mere Orthodoxy. When she’s not reading, she’s usually outside or making crafts with her kids.
OUR AI POLICY
We adhere to a strict 100% human-made policy. We will not partner with any author who uses AI in any part of the creative process, nor will we use AI ourselves in the publication process.
We believe in the power of human-made stories to forge genuine connections between author and audience, to help authors discover their own voice, and to enable true partnership between author, editor, artist, and publisher.
